New Barn Farmhouse Location
Bethersden is very easily accessed from Junction 9 of the M20, and from Tenterden on the A28.
From the M20 (Junction 9)
Follow signs for the A28 (Tenterden) through Ashford. Follow this road until you come to the Village of
Bethersden. Ignore the first turning into the Village and keep going until you see the Cricket ground on
your left. Turn right at the end of the Cricket pitch into School Road. If you get as far as the Bull Inn,
you have gone too far.

Alternatively, you can follow our signs from the A28, just after the Great Chart and Shadoxhurst turn offs.
The signs are black and white, and the first one is on the right hand side of the road, and reads "FARMHOUSE
B&B". It is also signposted "Pluckley" and "Old Surrenden Manor Road".
From Tenterden.
Take the A28 towards Ashford, through High-Halden. You will come up a hill into Bethersden. At the top of
the hill is the Bull Inn. Take the 2nd left after the pub. This is School Road.
Follow section A from here.
Section A
You will see the School in front of you. Turn left just in front of the school, into Wissenden Lane. Take
the first right into Norton Lane. Go to the end of this road. At the T junction turn left. New Barn Farm
is just on the left here. Take the first Farm Drive.
